RETURNS POLICY PLEASE FOLLOW THE GUIDELINES:
The item must be returned within 28 days in its original condition, with tags attached, we will not accept returns for exchange or refund if the item is returned to us with odors, pet hair, deodorant stains or any other type of damage.
We must be contacted immediately by e-mail (within 24 hours of receipt) if there is a problem with your purchase, and the item must be "posted back” within 28 days of receiving it. The customer pays the return postage charges. Unless the item was sent out in error on our part, in this case we would pay the postage cost. We reserve the right to inspect the item for damage upon its return to us. Please return the item and include your full name, address, e mail used when ordering via the internet.
We carefully inspect each item before it is posted out but, on occasion, we do miss something. If you receive an item that is damaged, please notify us by email right away. All items being exchanged due to damage will be replaced or a refund will be given. This does not affect your statutory rights
We DO NOT accept exchanges on clearance items, headpieces and undergarments for hygienic reasons.
